Formerly known as Jay P, Jay Please was born in England but raised in Malta. He started DJing back in 2001. Jackin, funky, sexy, souful, progressive, techy, uplifting electro tinged house grooves are the order of the day in his sets.

Over the 8+ years performing all over the globe he's shared line-ups with the likes of Green Velvet, Todd Terry, CJ Mackintosh, Seb Fontaine, Bloc Party & Desyn Masiello to name a few.

When he's behind the decks he loves to play in a concert like environment, and that’s why in 2003 Jay decided to delve into the world of music production and set up his own promotional team and band of musicians by the name of THE SHAZAM EXPERIENCE. The setting up of THE SHAZAM EXPERIENCE has allowed Jay to do what he loves best, and that is to perform and keep people entertained till the wee hours alongside the likes of live percussionists, sax players, guitarists, dance troupes, trumpet players, trapeze artists, fire jugglers, didjeridoo players, live vocalists and other artists.

The Shazam Experience always seek to come up with new ideas for their live act, to bring you a night that oozes class and yet keeps you entertained all night long! THE SHAZAM EXPERIENCE never hesitate to try something out of the ordinary to create the ultimate clubbing experience. This concept seems to be catching on, and has seen THE SHAZAM EXPERIENCE grace venues throughout the globe with this show, including performing live for MTV Europe and headlining internationally renowned Mediterranean dance festival Summer Dance (which over the years has graced the likes of Junior Jack, Kid Creme, Darren Emerson and Gabriel & Dresden, to name a few).
